Restoration of old mansion in the area of Prinilas, built in the late 1700s. Over the years the roof had fallen off and what helped prevent it from collapsing was the floor of the first floor. After all the old elements inside the house were removed and only the perimeter walls remained, reconstruction began. The foundation of the house was shored up to strengthen its structural integrity, a new roof and a new floor were installed. The walls were re-plastered internally and externally and some stone elements that were in good condition were brought out. New electrical and plumbing installations were made from scratch and a modern heating and cooling system was installed. Finally, the exterior areas were landscaped according to the wishes of the new owners.
